Our Insulation services
We offer proven commercial and residential building insulation solutions backed by science and our years of real-world, practical experience at a very competitive cost. And, because we are not a large corporation, we can provide the personalized services and unique insulation solutions available in big companies.
To achieve maximum energy efficiency, lower costs, and comfort in any new or existing structure, you need to understand the building design and the best options available. In existing buildings, the first step in seeking any effective building insulation strategy is to identify the basic problems. When we identify these accurately, we can begin to develop unique solutions utilizing the right products and services for the situation.
Advanced Seal, LLC is a local family owned business founded firmly on sound building science and thermal boundary and protective properties that are time-tested and proven to be effective. We combine this with years of experience to create solutions that fix our customer’s problems the right way. Our allegiance to building science has become so ingrained in our culture that we call ourselves Building Insulation Consultants – because, first and foremost, that is what we are.
Each project is different, often requiring a unique approach to achieve the highest quality final solutions at the lowest possible cost. Our expertise and experience in spray foam insulation, blown-in attic insulation, and spray on roof membranes offers earth-friendly solutions that offers the highest quality protection that will save you money and make you feel like a HERO about having achieved something more.
Advanced Seal has specialized in high efficiency home insulation for over 12 years.
We offer a variety of insulation products that provide the best solutions for most applications. Our specialty is spray foam insulation, offering the best reduction in reducing air infiltration and moisture control with optimum energy savings. We also offer blown in fiberglass or cellulose insulation for your attic, where other methods of insulation are not a viable option.
Whether your home designs feature cathedral ceilings, subterranean basements, unvented attics or curved walls, spray foam insulation can be used throughout the home. In residential spray foam applications, regardless of climate zone, spray foam insulation adheres to substrates including wood, masonry and steel.
Blown-in insulation is one of the most common ways to insulate the attic of an existing home, where other methods of insulation won’t work. We specialize in both fiberglass and cellulose insulation materials that are both industry proven and offer good R-value rating that will reduce your heating and air conditioning costs.
Commercial and industrial buildings have needs that are different than most residential structures. Heavy usage, high turnover of occupants, large utility costs, and liability concerns related to structural integrity can influence the economic viability of a commercial building. A better-built structure that has greater durability and reduced operating costs is the ultimate goal of building commercial spaces.
Architects and contractors are more often utilizing the benefits of spray foam insulation in commercial buildings because, when properly installed, it can actually improve building durability, structural strength and resistance to water and moisture. SPF is one of the leading materials that meets or exceeds building code requirements, including air barrier and insulation or R-value.
Spray foam insulation acts as both insulation and an air/moisture barrier by reducing the amount of added air sealing required to meet code requirements. It also reduces the need for additional air sealant materials. In addition, its superior sound barrier provides ultimate separation for office and joint-use commercial spaces. In some jurisdictions that require air tightness tests to prove compliance, a spray foam building assembly can be tested before the drywall is applied, which could save time and avoid costly repairs if defects are found.
Spray foam can reduce construction times by sealing hard to reach places, and it can be applied directly onto existing roof coverings, which could eliminate the need for costly and time consuming tear-off and replacement.
With Advanced Seal spray foam you can lower construction costs, meet or exceed today’s stringent building code requirements, and provide you with the benefits of spray foam.
Whether your roof is large or small, flat or sloped, new or old and weathered, Advanced Seal roof coating options provide a proven, guaranteed solution with a cost effective roof membrane. They can be applied to virtually any new or existing roofing surface to create a seamless membrane that protects against permanent ponding water, ultraviolet light and severe weather.
100% Silicone White Roof Coating is a premium, moisture-cure coating designed to reflect the sun’s heat and UV rays as well as protect many types of roofs. While suitable for use in all climates, the 100% silicone chemistry is especially suited for extreme tropical environments, which are exposed to some of the hottest and wettest weather with intense UV exposure. It is specially designed to maintain maximum reflectivity of heat and UV rays as it ages. Its moisture-cure chemistry creates a very aggressive chemical bond with the roof, which provides permanent ponding water resistance, extreme durability, and superior capabilities of sealing and protection.
Acrylic polymers can be formulated to be tough and hard, and also very flexible. Plexiglas impact resistance is one example where it is used in banks to provide bulletproof shields. But acrylic polymers can also be manufactured to be flexible, to be tolerant of movement at low temperature, very elastic in their behavior.
Our acrylic polymers have been engineered that are specifically designed for roof applications. Acrylic elastomeric roof coatings are a seamless, fully adjered, elastomeric membrane. They provide durable weatherproofing and are much more resistant than traditional roofing to general chemical attack from precipitation and vent emissions.
